Purchase requests, not completed sales
Submitting checkout creates a purchase request. It does not collect payment, guarantee inventory, reserve an item, or create a final sale. OBO must confirm availability, fulfillment, shipping, tax, final price, and any payment steps separately.
Listings and offers
OBO works to describe inventory accurately, but availability, quantity, condition details, images, specifications, and pricing may be corrected before a request is confirmed. A submitted offer is an inquiry and is not automatically accepted.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, interfere with site operation, or submit deceptive or fraudulent information. OBO may decline or cancel a request when information cannot be verified or fulfillment is unavailable.
Limits and changes
The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, OBO is not responsible for indirect losses caused by site interruption or reliance on an unconfirmed listing. These terms may be updated as the service changes; the posted effective date identifies the current version.
